In business since 1995, Southern Resorts is family owned and operated by brothers who have lived on the Gulf Coast since childhood. Mike Shoults and Kevin Veach direct the vacation rental aspect of the business while Kerry Veach and Brad Shoults manage the Real Estate Sales division – RE/MAX Southern.

The Shoults brothers opened as Pointe South Real Estate Sales and Rentals in 1995, while the Veach brothers opened Southern Resorts that same year. Merging in 2002, their combined history and experience in this industry allows Southern Resorts to grow and still maintain the original objective of providing unbeatable service to both guests and owners alike.

Southern Resorts represents properties throughout Florida’s Gulf Coast in Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Beaches of South Walton and Port St. Joe. Offering a variety of vacation rental options, Southern Resorts manages beach homes, cottages and condominiums both directly on the beach and some just a walk away. All properties are graded and held to the highest standards to ensure guest satisfaction!

Southern Coastal, the sister company, manages long term rentals for people interested in a more permanent residence. The same attention to quality and service exists.
