Engineers from Great Lakes Dredge and Dock, Inc. are back in Destin currently performing pre-construction survey work on Destin's beaches and laying the pipelines for the dredge.
The dredge is due back in Destin to being its work around May 1st. Barring any delays, the construction of the restored beach should be completed in July.
